She was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Her explanations were always detailed and informative, and she made the experience totally enjoyable. We are absolutely delighted with the fabulous watch and truly appreciate all of her help.

I've been frequenting this jewelry store for years, consistently, and have become a loyal customer.
In the past, I've always found them to be professional, attentive, and have a relationship based on trust, elements that have led me to return repeatedly.

Unfortunately, with the change in contact, the experience deteriorated significantly.
I felt my needs weren't being listened to, and I was insistently offered solutions and purchases that weren't in my best interest, as if they were obligatory steps to achieving what I was truly looking for. This approach, I found untransparent, unprofessional, and far from the honest relationship I'd always appreciated in this jewelry store.

I remain convinced of the quality of the products and the store's more than 100-year history, but I believe that the customer experience, especially that of those who have been loyal over time, should remain a priority.
I hope that the attention and respect that truly made the difference in the past will be restored.

The staff and location certainly live up to the prestige of the brands they represent. It's a shame they missed a good opportunity to gain a new customer (for them). In truth, it will probably be the opportunity to exchange my watch for another of equal prestige, but obviously in a different jewelry store. Leaving aside the possibility of taking legal action to have the product warranty recognized. I'd say bad, not to say worse.

I had the opportunity to visit the boutique and was welcomed by Luca and Paola, wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful people. We were pampered throughout the entire appointment and given masterful advice on our purchase. Thanks also to Mara for her attention to detail and kindness. I absolutely recommend Astrua; you couldn't find a better choice.
