How can I pay for my purchases?

For your purchases at the ASTRUA 1860 Online Boutique, you can choose the convenience and security of payment using the method you prefer:

- Credit Card

- Paypal

- Scalapay – Pay in 3 or 4 interest-free installments, for purchases up to €4,999 in total

(Subject to Scalapay approval. Check your "Estimated Purchasing Power" directly in the Scalapay app: new customers and those who do not frequently use the service may initially have lower spending limits than the amount indicated above. Payment in 4 installments includes a fee applied to the first installment. Scalapay may offer the customer a first installment higher than the following ones, or a single payment, following verification of the data provided by the customer, at its sole discretion. Some items may not be eligible for payment with Scalapay).

- Bank Transfer

- Payment upon in-store pickup (may not be available during festive or promotional periods)

If you have chosen an electronic payment method, we recommend completing it within three days of our order acceptance confirmation.

If the payment is not completed within this period, the system will automatically cancel the order.

In the event of non-receipt of payment or multiple unpaid orders, ASTRUA reserves the right to cancel the order at any time, even before the deadline.

In case of delays, technical issues, or payment errors, we suggest reporting them promptly to our Sales Consultants.

For in-store pickup at your ASTRUA Boutique, you can also choose the following payment methods: bank checks, credit cards, cash within the limits set by current regulations, as well as instant bank transfer.

If you purchase with Scalapay, you will receive your order immediately and pay in the number of installments you selected. Please note that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize such transfer.
