The ASTRUA Authorised Service Centre is certified by the leading watchmakers to intervene on their timepieces, either through a fast technical assistance service or by carrying out a complete refurbishment.
In accordance with our policy of maximum transparency towards our customers, we publish the Official Servicing Price List on this page.
These are standard guideline rates, which cannot be understood as a specific estimate, which will be communicated once the watch has been handed over to our Official Workshop: the price may differ depending on the state of the timepiece and the actual degree of wear of its components.
Work carried out directly by ASTRUA's authorised technicians is covered by a 3-year guarantee on correct operation.
In cases where it is necessary to send the watch to the leading watchmakers, the care we always show to those who trust us is reflected in the careful monitoring of the expected timelines and the final inspection of the watch upon its return to our workshop, before being handed back to the customer.
