Customers are entitled to exercise their right of withdrawal, as provided for by current regulations.
Returns from within Italy are free of charge for the customer.
Should you wish to exercise this right, we recommend contacting our Customer Service as soon as possible, to receive all the necessary information.
The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
Within this period, the customer must notify our Customer Service of their intention to withdraw-via telephone, email, or the contact forms available on our website.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, using the address provided below, and shipped via the courier agreed upon with Astrua Customer Service, in suitable packaging that ensures the integrity of the items.
Returns from outside Italy are at the customer's expense, who must use a tracked and insured shipping method, previously approved or arranged through our Customer Service.
Within ten days of receiving the returned products—and after verifying their condition—we will issue a refund of the purchase amount (via bank transfer, or to the original payment method used, such as credit card or PayPal).
PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with current regulations, the Right of Withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to items that are made to measure or customised at the Client's request. Our Customer Service team remains available for any clarification.
By law, the burden of proof regarding the correct communication of the intention to withdraw within the prescribed 14-day period lies with the customer.
For this reason, if you are unable to contact our Advisors in due time, we invite you to formally communicate your intention to withdraw by registered letter or certified email (PEC) addressed to:
