We care for your timepiece using the same tools and methodological protocols as the original manufacturers, with whom Astrua watchmakers regularly attend official training programs. Once you approve the quote, our technicians carry out the overhaul to the highest industry standards. For all full service interventions performed within our in-house Astrua Workshop, we provide a 3-year warranty.

Each stage of the complete overhaul process, meticulously performed by our certified technicians within the Astrua Technical Laboratory, is not only logged step by step in our internal system, but also recorded in real time thanks to the dedicated cameras installed at every workstation. This allows you to access a video excerpt of the service performed on your watch. Occasionally, external factors may require specific repairs to your watch. When the overall condition allows, our qualified technicians carry out partial servicing, using exclusively—just as in full overhauls—original replacement parts provided by the respective Maisons.
