Candidates considered for employment
pursuant to Art. 13 and Art. of the GDPR. 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data
The personal data of the data subject are processed by "Valter Franco Ricci S.p.A.", as Data Controller, in compliance with the principles of personal data protection established by the EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR").
METHODS AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
We inform you that the data will be processed by electronic and paper means with the following purposes:
Selection and assessment of candidates for the purposes of establishing an employment relationship
LEGAL BASIS
The provision of data is mandatory for all requirements related to the execution of pre-contractual measures undertaken at the request of the data subject.
Pursuant to Art. 111-bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, the information referred to in Article 13 of the Regulation, in cases of unsolicited receipt of CVs from data subjects for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship, is provided at the first appropriate contact following the submission of the CV. Within the limits of the purposes set out in Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation, consent to the processing of personal data in CVs is not required.
CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
The Data shall be processed, to the extent necessary, by authorised, adequately instructed and trained personnel of the Data Controller as well as by the personnel of third parties who provide services to the Data Controller and process Data on its behalf and on its instructions as data processors. Except for communications required by legal or contractual obligations, all collected and processed data may be shared exclusively for the purposes outlined above, with the following categories of recipients:

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data retention period is: 1 year from the receipt of the Curriculum Vitae
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party may exercise, in relation to the data processing described herein, the rights provided for by the GDPR (articles 15-22), including:
a. receiving confirmation of the existence of the Data and access to their content (right of access);
b. updating, amending and/or correcting the Data (right to rectification);
c. requesting the deletion or restriction of the processing of Data processed in breach of the law including Data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the Data was collected or otherwise processed (right to be forgotten and right to restriction);
d. objecting to processing (right to object);
e. lodging a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Italian Data Protection Authority - www.garanteprivacy.it) in the event of a breach of data protection regulations;
f. receiving a copy in electronic format of the Data concerning him/her as Data Subject, when such Data have been provided in the context of the contract and requesting that such Data be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability).
