With its vintage steel case and blue gradient dial paired with a small lined alligator strap, the Duometre Quantieme Lunaire showcases the Duometre concept in style. The sectored dial is finished with a variety of finishes: opaline (upper part of the dial), satin-brushed (center of the counters), circular blue (around the counters), and sunburst (power reserves). On the back of this complicated watch, the Calibre 381 with two barrels – one dedicated to the time display, the other to the complications – reveals the mechanics of its finely decorated components: sunburst Côtes de Genève, bevelled bridges, blued screws...
