Designed as a professional tool for divers, visible even at extreme depths, the IWC Aquatimer is also perfect for any adventure on land. In the new Aquatimer collection, the quick-change strap system (an IWC patent) makes it easy to change from a steel bracelet to a rubber strap (and vice versa). The bracelet is inserted from above into the fastening bracket and clicks securely into place with an audible snap. To detach it, simply press the lever located on the underside of the bracelet with your thumb and push upwards.

IWC QUICK-CHANGE STRAP SYSTEM

RELIABLE SEALING SYSTEM

The sealing system provides effective protection against water, dust and other external elements. With a 3-bar water-resistant watch you can swim carefree, and with a 6-bar water-resistant watch you can even go snorkelling. Water-resistant dive watches of 12 to 20 bar are professional measuring tools for scuba diving, while the special 100- or even 200-bar dive watches can withstand the pressure even at extreme depths.

A TWO-COLOUR LUMINESCENT COATING

In order to ascend safely, divers need to have their dive times under control at all times. In the diver’s watches of the Aquatimer family, green and blue Super-LumiNova® luminescent coatings ensure optimal legibility underwater, allowing for quick orientation on the dial even in low-visibility conditions.
