Summer Holiday Closure

Dear Customer, 

We would like to inform you that the Customer Service of our Online Boutique will be closed from 9/08 to 23/08 inclusive for the summer holiday break.

For any needs, we also recommend checking the closing and opening dates of your reference ASTRUA Boutique.

 

Would you like to place an order? 

Complete your purchase using an instant payment method by 2/08 to ensure shipment before our summer holiday break.

For orders placed between August 3 and August 8, immediate dispatch may not be guaranteed. If your order is urgent, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team for an estimated shipping date.

Orders placed during the summer holiday closure will be processed upon our return, starting Monday, August 24.

 

Would you like to make a return? 

Online orders placed during the summer holiday break and in the immediately preceding period benefit from an extended return window, valid until your request is taken in charge by our Customer Service upon our return.

 

Would you like to place an option on a Pre-Owned watch?

During the closure period of our Boutiques, your option will remain active until it is taken in charge by one of our Consultants upon our return.
